Style Customization

To offer your users a seamless and immersive brand experience, we provide a range of customization options that align with your Corporate Identity (CI) and design guidelines. From fonts and colors to icons and UI elements, tchop helps you deliver an "on-brand" look and feel that goes far beyond the typical white-label solution.

Our platform allows individual styling for both the mobile apps and the web app, giving you the flexibility to tailor each experience. Below, you'll find an overview of the core customization options.

Fonts

You can either provide your custom brand font, or choose from the wide range of Google Fonts—a free and reliable selection that is fully compatible with mobile and web platforms. Browse the list of all Google fonts here: 🔗 Browse Google Fonts

If you choose to use a custom font, please ensure:

• You send us the font files in .ttf format

• The fonts are optimized and licensed for app use

• You specify separate fonts for headlines and body text, if desired

Colors

tchop lets you customise multiple colors within your own app. Therefore we offer four different color specifications as

• primary

• secondary

• background color and

• teaser background color

Please note: the background color customisation applies only for "Welcome Screen", "Login Screen" and "Loading Screen". The actual in app background is default white and light grey.

Furthermore, please make sure that the background color is complementary to primary and secondary color.

Additionally to the above you can also set the color of the fonts in your app:

• Primary font color

• Secondary font color

Please provide colors as HEX-Code e.g. #ffffff (white) or #000000 (black).

Icons

Our platform also allows to customize icons and visuals for channel and tab bar navigation. The good thing: those can be uploaded and updated vie the backend anytime. However it is good to know that you provide icons as this adds to the overall style. Also you can let them match content and structure perfectly.

Icons should be 24x24px size for Android and 72 x 72px for iOS, ideally you upload PNG formats.

In most cases it does not make sense to design custom icons. There are many great libraries you can choose from.
